1. Order Processing & Shipping Fees
Order Preparation
Orders generally require 2–5 business days for verification, packaging, inventory checks, and shipment preparation.
During peak sales periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may extend up to 6 business days.
Shipping Charges
A standard shipping fee of $6.99 per order applies to all eligible delivery regions, regardless of destination.
2. Estimated Delivery Schedule
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• United States: 8–14 business days
• Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 10–16 business days
• Other International Destinations: 14–21 business days
Delivery estimates may vary due to transportation conditions, customs procedures, carrier performance, or local delivery services.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to you.
Please note:
• Tracking information may require 1–3 business days to update after shipment.
• Delayed tracking updates do not necessarily indicate a lost package.
4. International Shipping & Customs Duties
For international orders:
• Shipments may be sent under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.
• Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees imposed by their country.
• Cylentho™ cannot guarantee delivery times affected by customs inspections or government processing delays.
Any import-related charges are determined by the destination country and are outside our control.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
To ensure prompt fulfillment, orders are processed shortly after being placed.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Damaged Deliveries
If your kitchenware products arrive damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:
• The affected product
• The shipping box and packaging
• The shipping label
Our team will evaluate the situation and arrange an appropriate resolution when applicable.
Lost Packages
If a shipping carrier officially confirms that a package has been lost in transit, we will review the claim and provide a replacement when eligible.
